Vinay Manglani

Vinay Manglani is the co-founder and C.E.O at VigourSoft. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, he has worked with companies like ScaleArc, Calsoft, Symantec and Zensar. Vinay is well known figure in the technology space. His general management and technology expertise have played a key role in establishing VigourSoft.

Vinay holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Santa Clara University, USA and a bachelor degree in Mathematics from Delhi University.


Hans S

Hans S. is the co-founder and C.T.O. at VigourSoft. Hans brings a plethora of technology expertise with him. Before joining VigourSoft, he worked at companies like BEA, Oracle and Microsoft. Hans is a German citizen and has also served as an employee of German government. He brings a wide variety of expertise in Web Stack development (Java/J2EE), I18N and L10N.

Hans holds a graduate degree in applied linguistics from Mainz University
in Germersheim, Germany. He is an avid Blogger, and is well known for his ideas/innovations in I18N Engineering. Hans describes his start in computing like this: I wanted to learn a new language and took “C is a language” too literally, I guess.
